What is Delta Sigma Pi?

Delta Sigma Pi is a professional fraternity organized to foster the study of business in universities; to encourage scholarship, social activity and the association of students for their mutual advancement by research and practice; to promote closer affiliation between the commercial world and students of commerce, and to further a higher standard of commercial ethics and culture and the civic and commercial welfare of the community. We are known as the foremost business fraternity because we equip our members throughout their lives to achieve maximum impact in their studies, careers, communities, civic involvement, and personal relationships.

Our purpose is to foster and support a lifelong commitment to excellence in both our personal and professional lives as we seek to make a difference in business, our communities, and the world at large.

A Letter from Our Spring '26 President

Delta Sigma Pi was the first organization I joined on campus and has been an incredible asset throughout my time at the University of Dayton. Since the fall of my first year, this organization has helped me grow through its four pillars of professionalism, service, brotherhood, and scholarship. From being the only first-year in our chapter to now serving as President, Delta
Sigma Pi has consistently fostered an environment centered on growth and opportunity.
In our chapter, executive positions are held for one semester, which has enabled me to experience a variety of roles and build a diverse skillset. Serving as VP of Community Service, VP of Pledge Education, and now President has strengthened my confidence not only within the fraternity but also in my involvement across campus and in preparation for my future career.
One of the most impactful opportunities in Delta Sigma Pi is ability to attend national events. I attended President’s Academy in St. Louis, where I had the opportunity to network with 250+ chapter presidents and bring fresh ideas to our chapter. I also had the privilege of organizing and leading a group of six brothers to North Central Province LEAD Conference in Cincinnati, where we not only networked with chapters in our region but participated in breakout sessions on topics ranging from entrepreneurship to member engagement.
Above all, I am most grateful for all the incredible brothers I have met through Delta Sigma Pi. From sharing internship advice to offering daily support and engagement, I am blessed to always have a brother on my side.
I look forward to the continued growth of our chapter as we pursue excellence through national initiatives, strengthen recruitment, and expand our service and fundraising impact. We look forward to welcoming future members into our brotherhood!
-Ashley Zwolinski, Spring 2026 President
